About me
I'm passionate about using AI to make running a business easier, building the internal systems that quietly take care of the tedious work so people don't have to.
I'm happiest when I'm building something. Right now I'm building AI automations for RYBAK Development, a real estate developer in New York. The tools read through documents, sort site photos, keep invoices and permits tracked, and forecast project budgets. Basically, if there's slow, repetitive work someone's stuck doing by hand, I build the thing that does it for them. It's also the start of Breznik AI, the company I'm building to put these tools in more hands.
The road here wasn't a straight one. I recently earned a certification in AI in Real Estate from Columbia, and I'm currently pursuing my master's in Artificial Intelligence at FAU, putting some real theory behind the tools I'd mostly been building on instinct. Before any of the tech, I played professional tennis, which is probably where the discipline and the habit of putting in the reps came from.
When I step away from the screen, I'm usually working out or just staying active. It's the same thing that pulls me toward building, really: showing up, putting in the reps, and getting completely locked into something.
The short version
Tennis
I played professional tennis. It taught me discipline, patience, and how to stay calm when the result is on the line.
Babson College
Two years of undergrad at the #1 school for entrepreneurship in the country. Learned to turn an idea into something real that people actually want.
Certifications in AI
I went deep on AI, earning certifications from Columbia in AI for Business and AI in Real Estate. That's when building things turned into building them with AI.
Building at RYBAK
I build the estimators, trackers, and models that take the busywork off a development team's plate, so they can focus on the work that needs a human.
